现场总线接口卡按不同的协议标准分为数种,每个接口卡提供-一个现场总线的接口( Profibus,
CAN,FF, ModBus等)。接口卡本身及所连现场总线上的现场仪表(或远程I1/0)的组态和参数设置仍
由Industrial”的统一工具Control Bui lder院成而无需附加软件.接口卡可冗余配置(分置在相互
冗余的基本单元PM802F上),并可带电插拔、在线更换。
FI830F: Profibus DP接口卡,作为主站可连接126 个Profibus DP从站,通讯速率可达12MBd.
一个PS可插4块现场总线接口,连接496台现场总线设备,Industrial”系统的 一个城(分系统) 可
连4960台现场总线设备(10000 I/0) 。
FI820F:提供2个串行接口,连接串行协议设备,传输速率最高为38.4KBd,可组态。其标准协
议为MODBUS. 不同连接方案,可以选择不同的物理接口,RS422, RS485, RS232, 所有接口为电气隔
离。并且通过2个冗余现场控制器实现冗余操作。
FI8I0F卡是三重化CAN总线协议接口卡(速率1MBd ),用于连接Industr ial”常规过程控制站
PS的I/0护展单元,以便接收来自PS所支持的机架式I/0模件的过程信号。每个现场控制器PS只能配置
-块FI810F卡。- -对冗余PS.上的二个FI810F接口 卡能够冗余切換。
S800、S900是用于过程控制站的分布式I/0,它们通过Prof ibusDP现场总线与其所属的控制器
通信,既可以安装在控制室,也可以安装在现场以尽量接近现场变送器和执行器,从而 节省电缆并
减少安装费用。
S800 1/0及s900 I/0 具有以下优点:
