4.2现场控制器 PS
Industr ial”现场控制器PS是- -种特殊的过程控制站，它内嵌了现场总线通讯接口，为用户使用
现场总线技术提供了很灵活的选择。每个PS允许插入4块的现场总线接口卡件(卡件类型可以不同)，
每个卡件连接1条现场总线以采集来自总线的过程数据和诊断信息，接口卡件更换容易且即插即用
(Plug & Play)，且均可带电插拔。

下面分别介绍现场控制器PS的主要部件。
基本单元PM802F
基本单元PM802F由金属机架和CPU母板组成，它通过所插的现场总线接口卡周期性地扫描来自
现场总线传感器的信号，然后按照用户组态的控制应用程序对这些信号进行处理后再将运算结果通过
现场总线接口卡返回相应的现场总线执行器。
用2个现场控制器可实现控制器1: 1冗余，主从PS之间可无扰切换。每个PS. 上都有两个
Ethernet网卡，第- -网卡用于连接系统网络DigiNetS)，而第二网卡之间则可彼此互连以形成专门的
冗余通讯链接(DigiNetR)，确保主从PS间的信息同步。- -但主PS故障，从PS能迅速无扰地接替工
作。所有输入输出也支持冗余操作。
现场过程控制器PS.操作站0s及工程师站ES之间的数据通讯由系统网络(DigiNetS) 完成，
