5、IndustrialT 操作管理级
5.1概述
操作管理级主要包括操作站、工程师站、数据网关、管理计算机及相应软件,另外还包括打印
机、操作台等辅助设备。操作站的任务是生产监控,即综合监视来自过程控制级的所有信息,进行监
示、报警、趋势生成、记录、打印输出及人工千预操作(发送命令、修改参数等)。工程师站用于系
统软件组态和调试投运,它无需永久性接入系统,操作站也可兼作工程师站( 需按工程师权限登
录) .
操作站及工程师站硬件均为标准的PC机(通用型或工业加强型甚至是便携机),采用微软公司
Windows 2000 操作系统(中英文版均可) . 因此PC机的配置水平与PC市场主流配置及最新的技术发
展保持同步并可根据用户要求确定。显示器的尺寸可选(17”/19″ /21”),还可选择触屏功能
(19”)。数据及命令输入一般由标准键盘和Mouse(鼠标)实现,但操作站也可按用户要求选配IP65工
业薄膜键盘和符合人类工程学标准的光电轨迹球。另外还可配备针式打印机用于打印报表,彩色喷墨
打印机用于图形硬拷贝。操作台用于放置操作管理级设备(PC 主机置于操作台内,显示器等外设置于
操作台上) .
操作员站上的操作监控软件DigiVis及工程师站上的组态调试软件CBF (Control Build F)是操
作管理级必须的软件(均基于Windows 2000 操作系统)。另外可选的软件主要有权限锁定软件
