Industrial”是最早实现SFC(顺序功能图)显示的系统,SFC是基于IEC61131 3标准的SFC,从
一个标准SFC显示中可以显示PS中相应的顺序功能图(SFO程序的当前状态。
在SFC显示中,当前正被执行的程序步和已处理过的程序路径用不同的颜色显示。通过一个显示
程序步和步进条件情况的判别窗的颜色变化,可以很容易地检测故障状态(如未满足过程判别条件或
运行超时)。可以对判别窗中所显示的变量进行操作。
组态时可以为每- -程序步或步进条件指定相应的调用画面。操作员可以访问SFC显示的每一程序
步或步进条件以便立即选择所需信息。在复杂的逻辑控制结构中这一功能特别有 用,此时操作员的快
速干预非常重要。

设定值曲线显示:
系统提供–种设定值时间函数功能块,它用于定义某个模拟变量在确定时间段内其值随时间的变
化过程。典型应用是将PID回路的SP(设定点)定义成一个对时间的函数而不是–般的常数。设定值变
化曲线最多可由32段直线顺序相连而成。DigiVis 上与此功能块对应的画面就是设定值曲线显示,画
面操作简单,允许的操作如切換操作方式及在线修改设定值等。在手动方式下可改变对原组态的设定
点的偏置:大小来定义手动设定值,也可随时恢复原始设定值.设定值时间函数程序可反复循环执行,
也可指定运行次数。
趋势显示和归档
模拟和数字过程变量随时间的变化过程可以趋势画面进行显示并归档存储。ABB Industial”DCS
控制系统的实时趋势显示和历史趋势显示没有限制。
在一个趋势画面中可显示以下内容:
● 最多6个不同颜色的趋势曲线
●带简短注释的相应测量点名称
当前测量点值及其量程和单位
趋势显示可进行如下改变:
●移动时间轴以显示过去值
●暂时取消趋势曲线
●移动和缩放显示画面
●对每 个趋势进行的特殊设定(如颜色、插入值)
●选择不同的时间刻度 范围(从秒到周)
如果对某个趋势显示组态了归档(历史趋势)功能,则操作站周期性地对其测量值进行采样。这
些归档值可被存储在任何数据媒体上或通过FTP (文件传输协议)发送到以太网上的任何节点。这些
数据用于进一步评估 ( 可用Industrial”系统的数据浏览软件DigiBrowse) .
消息列表及操作员提示
现场控制器PS检测出的过程故障或开关量变化连同其时间标签(事件发生时刻),将一同被送
往操作站作为消息通报。
Industr ial”系统提供以下消息类型:系统故障、过程报警、开关动作和操作员提示。可为过
程消息类型指定不同的优先级(从0~5),系统故障另分成三个优先级(SI ~S3).不同优先级的消息
以不同的颜色显示并可选择不同的确认方法。此外还显示过程点的名称和故障状态。所有消息均可
以中文显示,同时可发出声音。
