PLC is programmed with programmer or computer, and the programming language is ladder diagram, function block diagram, sequential function table diagram and instruction list. The distributed system itself or the computer structure is used to form the configuration to form the development system environment.
What is specially proposed is the difference from STD bus industrial computer, which is very similar in terms of maintenance, installation and modular functions. PLC is more suitable for running in black mode, but its ability is slightly inferior to STD industrial computer if it needs to make large program modification during online operation, but in terms of switch quantity control, the performance of PLC is better than STD industrial computer.
In general, when selecting a controller, the first consideration should be given to engineering requirements, site environment and economy. No controller is absolutely perfect, and no product is absolutely bad. It can only be said that a more suitable product is selected.
