According to the scale of control
The control scale mainly refers to the number of input and output points of the control switch and the number of analog input and output of the analog value, or both (closed circuit system). Mainframe: The number of control points is generally more than 1000 points. For example, the PPC22 series of Deweisen Company can be expanded to 2048 points, and the C1000H and CV1000 of OMRON Company can be configured up to 1024 points locally. The local configuration of C2000H and CV2000 can reach 2048 points.
Ultra-large computer: The number of control points can reach 10,000, or even tens of thousands. For example, the 90-70 machine of GE Company in the United States has 24,000 points, and there are also 8,000 analog quantities.
