A-B 2098-DSD-020X 工作原理 PLC is mainly composed of CPU module, input module, output module and programmer (see Figure 1). Some PLCs can also be equipped with special function modules to complete some special tasks.
CPU module
The CPU module is mainly composed of a microprocessor (CPU chip) and a memory. In the PLC control system, the factory CPU module is equivalent to the human brain. It continuously collects input signals, executes user programs, and refreshes the output of the system; the memory is used to store programs and data.
I/O module
The input (1nput) module and the output (Output) module are referred to as I/O modules for short. They are the eyes, ears, hands and feet of the system, and are the bridges connecting external field devices and CPU modules.
The input module is used to receive and collect input signals, and the digital input module is used to receive digital input signals from buttons; selection switches, digital DIP switches, limit switches, proximity switches, photoelectric switches, pressure relays, etc.; analog The input module is used to receive the continuously changing analog current and voltage signals provided by potentiometers, tachometer generators and various transmitters.
The switch output module is used to control output devices such as contactors, solenoid valves, electromagnets, indicator lights, digital display devices and alarm devices, and the analog output module is used to control actuators such as regulating valves and frequency converters.
