下面分别介绍现场控制器PS的主要部件。
基本单元PM802F
基本单元PM802F由金属机架和CPU母板组成,它通过所插的现场总线接口卡周期性地扫描来自
现场总线传感器的信号,然后按照用户组态的控制应用程序对这些信号进行处理后再将运算结果通过
现场总线接口卡返回相应的现场总线执行器。
用2个现场控制器可实现控制器1: 1冗余,主从PS之间可无扰切换。每个PS. 上都有两个
Ethernet网卡,第- -网卡用于连接系统网络DigiNetS),而第二网卡之间则可彼此互连以形成专门的
冗余通讯链接(DigiNetR),确保主从PS间的信息同步。- -但主PS故障,从PS能迅速无扰地接替工
作。所有输入输出也支持冗余操作。
现场过程控制器PS.操作站0s及工程师站ES之间的数据通讯由系统网络(DigiNetS) 完成,插
在PS基本单元上的第- Ethernet网卡提供PS与DigiNetS的接口。ES. 上组态好的硬件配置及PS用
户程序即通过DigiNetS和第一-网卡 下载至PS CPU 中,在新安装或更换现场总线接口卡后,所需的组
态信息会自动重新加载。组态结果和实时过程数据存储在RAM中,Ethernet 网卡或电池卡上装有RAM
后备电池,可在掉电时保持组态内容及数据。
