在自由图形中,当前的过程数据或过程状态可以数字或模拟形式进行显示(如棒图、动态填充或
趋势窗口) .画面显示中的图形符号可根据过程状态进行置换、闪烁、变色以及位置变化,即进行动
态显示。所选择的过程变量可通过流程画面中的面板或通过标准分组画面进行显示操作。
如果组态了画面调用热区或调用按钮,则可在自由画面中设置指定的画面调用体系,它确定彼此
之间的调用关系,便于用户监视操作。另外位于屏幕顶部稍偏下处的显示菜单提供了–个标准的画面
调用体系。随时可通过该菜单调用各种类型显示画面,在相应画面中可显示所需过程点的信息.

貌显示中最多可组态96个显示调用区(16行/每行6个符号)用户西面调用区(符号)可反映有关自动化
功能的信息,可根据符号及其颜色可迅速检测故障状态。总貌图中的分组显示调用区也反映出过程点
的状态更新。

分組显示
与PS站中组态的模拟功能、控制器、监视功能以及逻辑功能等各种功能块对应的面板可成组显
示和操作,–个分组画面最多含6个面板。另外可在4个块显区显示:进制值。分组显示中最多可
包含6个模拟量和24个数字量过程点的详细信息。
在显示面板上,用彩色棒图这种快速直观的形式来表示模拟量值的大小。为便于更准确的读数,
还同时显示其物理量纲的数字。通过颜色的变换和闪烁可迅速检测出各变量的故障状态。所组态的报
警极限值也能显示出来。从分组显示单元中可直接选择所期望的值,它使得操作员能在过程运行中进
行快速而适当的千预。
分组显示下面的操作行,用以执行对所选过程点的数据写入和操作千预。除操作行外,还可调出
画面选择菜单从菜单上直接调用与所需过程点有关的各类显示画面。
面板显示
采用面板窗口显示技术,可同时获得总体和详细的信息。由于显示面板格式是系统预先定义
好的,因此只要定义过程点无需附加编程,面板显示即可使用。

顺序功能图垦示
Industrial”是最早实现SFC(顺序功能图)显示的系统,SFC是基于IEC61131 3标准的SFC,从
一个标准SFC显示中可以显示PS中相应的顺序功能图(SFO程序的当前状态。
在SFC显示中,当前正被执行的程序步和已处理过的程序路径用不同的颜色显示。通过一个显示
程序步和步进条件情况的判别窗的颜色变化,可以很容易地检测故障状态(如未满足过程判别条件或
运行超时)。可以对判别窗中所显示的变量进行操作。
组态时可以为每- -程序步或步进条件指定相应的调用画面。操作员可以访问SFC显示的每一程序
步或步进条件以便立即选择所需信息。在复杂的逻辑控制结构中这一功能特别有 用,此时操作员的快
速干预非常重要。

设定值曲线显示:
系统提供–种设定值时间函数功能块,它用于定义某个模拟变量在确定时间段内其值随时间的变
化过程。典型应用是将PID回路的SP(设定点)定义成一个对时间的函数而不是–般的常数。设定值变
化曲线最多可由32段直线顺序相连而成。DigiVis 上与此功能块对应的画面就是设定值曲线显示,画
面操作简单,允许的操作如切換操作方式及在线修改设定值等。在手动方式下可改变对原组态的设定
点的偏置:大小来定义手动设定值,也可随时恢复原始设定值.设定值时间函数程序可反复循环执行,
也可指定运行次数。
趋势显示和归档
模拟和数字过程变量随时间的变化过程可以趋势画面进行显示并归档存储。ABB Industial”DCS
控制系统的实时趋势显示和历史趋势显示没有限制。
在一个趋势画面中可显示以下内容:
● 最多6个不同颜色的趋势曲线
●带简短注释的相应测量点名称
当前测量点值及其量程和单位
趋势显示可进行如下改变:
●移动时间轴以显示过去值
●暂时取消趋势曲线
●移动和缩放显示画面
●对每 个趋势进行的特殊设定(如颜色、插入值)
●选择不同的时间刻度 范围(从秒到周)
如果对某个趋势显示组态了归档(历史趋势)功能,则操作站周期性地对其测量值进行采样。这
些归档值可被存储在任何数据媒体上或通过FTP (文件传输协议)发送到以太网上的任何节点。这些
